A. INFORMATION COLLECTION

When you visit our Platform and use our Services, we collect personal information to enhance our offerings. The Personal Information which we collect may be provided by you directly or by third parties, or be collected automatically when you use the Platform. B. REQUIRED PERMISSIONS/INFORMATION

To utilize our loan Services, we may require access to the following permissions or information:

1. Camera

For Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes and to ensure the security of your account, we request that you upload or capture a photo of your identity document and complete the face verification. This information/document and process is essential to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access and usage.

2. Approximate Location

We solely access your approximate location to ascertain if you fall within the coverage area of our services.

3. Emergency Contacts

We only collect information for up to two emergency contacts (name, relationship, phone number) for identity verification and fraud prevention. You may provide this information manually or by selecting contacts from your contact list. We will never share your data without your permission.

4. Other Normal Permissions We Require:

1) ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

• Allows us to collect your Wi-Fi address for risk assessment.

2) ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

• Collects your network information to prevent data loss and processing delays.

3) AD_ID

• Collect your Google Advertising ID (GAID) to enhance your advertising experience. You can disable this permission in your device settings.

C. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE PROCESS AND PURPOSE

1. To provide the Services, we may process following Personal Information based on business need:

• Full name, gender, date of birth, ID card information, phone number, email address, address, education level, job information, income information, bank account information.

We may collect information from third parties, including but not limited to the credit bureaus, our cooperative third parties, which helps us to assess creditworthiness and prevent fraud.

2. Purpose

We process your personal information collected for any of the following purposes as well as for such other purposes as are permitted by Applicable Law.

a. We may use your Personal Information for following primary purposes:

• to identify you and to register you as a user and to administer, manage or verify your Platform account and your credit conditions as such;

• to facilitate or enable any checks as we may in our discretion consider necessary before we register you as a user;

• to disburse Loan and collect payments for your use of the Service;

• to build credit models and perform credit scoring;

• to comply with Applicable Law, regulations, and rules, such as those relating to KYC and anti-money laundering requirements;

• to communicate with you and to send you information in connection with the use of the Platform and the Service;

• to maintain, develop, test, enhance and personalize the Platform to meet your needs and preferences as a user;

• to collect and analyze user activities and demographic data including trends and usage of the Service available on the Platform; and

b. Advertisements contained on our Platform operate as links to the advertiser's website and as such any information they collect by virtue of your clicking on that link will be collected and used by the relevant advertiser in accordance with the privacy policy of that advertiser.
